Ninepoint Partners LP announces changes to portfolio manager line up

TORONTO, February 15, 2018 – Ninepoint Partners LP (Ninepoint Partners) announced today that effective February 15, 2018, the portfolio managers of Sprott Canadian Equity Fund will change from Jonathan Wiesblatt and James Bowen to an investment team led by John Wilson, Managing Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager of Ninepoint Partners.

As announced previously, Sprott Canadian Equity Fund will merge into Sprott Concentrated Canadian Equity Fund on or about the end of March 2018 if the requisite approvals are obtained. Scheer, Rowlett & Associates Investment Management Ltd., an affiliate of Connor, Clark and Lunn Financial Group, is the sub-adviser of Sprott Concentrated Canadian Equity Fund.
