Ninepoint Partners LP announces management fee and trailing commission reductions for Ninepoint Core Bond Fund
TORONTO, October 4, 2018 – Ninepoint Partners LP (Ninepoint Partners) today announced the following changes to Ninepoint Core Bond Fund (the Fund).
Management Fee Reductions on Certain Series of the Fund
Effective October 4, 2018, the management fee payable on Series A units of the Fund is reduced from 1.75% to 1.25%, and the management fee payable on Series AS units of the Fund is reduced from 1.65% to 1.15%. The management fee payable on Series I units of the Fund, which is negotiated between Ninepoint Partners and each unitholder, is reduced from a maximum of 1.75% to a maximum of 1.25%. These management fee reductions are the result of the trailing commission reductions described below.
Trailing Commission Reductions on Certain Series of the Fund
Effective October 4, 2018, the trailing commission payable to dealers on Series A and Series AS units of the Fund is reduced from 1.00% to 0.50%. The trailing commission payable to dealers on Series I units, which is negotiated between Ninepoint Partners and the dealer, is reduced from a maximum of 1.00% to a maximum of 0.50%.
