Ruthie Wahl

Ruthie Wahl is General Counsel of Ninepoint Partners, responsible for legal matters related to Ninepoint and its funds. 

Prior to joining Ninepoint, Ruthie gained experience at a leading independent asset manager where she was involved in acquisitions and investments, strategic partnerships, corporate development and portfolio management support and at a Canadian hedge fund manager where she handled all legal aspects of product launches, governance, investments and fund operations.  Ruthie began her legal career in New York working at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP specializing in securities, capital markets and M&A.

Ruthie holds a BA in English Literature from Cornell University and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. She is called to the bar in both New York and Ontario.
