Ernst & Young LLP is the auditor of the Canadian Reporting Issuer investment funds managed by Ninepoint Partners LP (the “Manager”). Ernst & Young LLP is independent with respect to the Funds in the context of the CPA Code of Professional Conduct of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
For the year ended December 31, 2023, fees paid or payable to Ernst & Young LLP and its network firms for audit services to the Funds were $507,000. Fees for other services, which are primarily comprised of translation services and comfort letter for closed end funds, were $68,000.
